LG has added a new mobile phone to its range with the launch of new LG Cookie Fresh GS290. LG Cookie Fresh GS290 features a 3 inch WQVGA touchscreen display, a 3 megpixel camera.

LG Cookie Fresh GS290 has connectivity option of Edge, Bluetooth, and it features a built in FM radio, a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

LG Cookie Fresh GS290 runs LG’s cartoon like UI, which gives users easy access to a number of functions like social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.

Nokia C5 Smartphone

Nokia has announced a new smartphone to its line up with the launch of the Nokia C5. Nokia C5 will be the first mobile phone in a new range of mobiles from Nokia called the ‘C’ series.

Nokia C5 features a 2.2 inch screen, 3.2 megapixel camera and it runs the Symbian OS. Nokia C5 Smartphone also comes with Nokia’s free navigation application, Ovi Maps.

The Nokia C5 features a microSD card slot and it can take microSD cards up to 16GB, it comes with a 2GB microSD card. The Nokia C5 measures 12mm thick, and stands 46mm tall and is 112mm wide.

Nokia C5 comes with a reported Battery life is of 12 hours of talk time. Nokia C5 Smartphone will be available in Europe from the second quarter of 2010.
