Asus Eee PC 1201PN Netbook

ASUS have added Netbook to their Eee PC range with the new Eee PC 1201PN. Asus Eee PC 1201PN Netbook is powered by Intel’s Atom N450 1.66GHz processor and NVIDIA second generation ION chipset.

Asus Eee PC 1201PN Netbook features a 12.1 inch LED backlit display with a resolution of 1366 by 768 pixels. There is 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive, plus you get access to 500GB of online storage from Asus.

The Asus Eee PC 1201PN comes with 802.11b.g.n WiFi plus Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, and it features a six cell battery, plus a couple of USB 2.0 ports, a memory card reader, HDMI and audio in and out.

The Asus Eee PC 1201PN is capable of playing back full HD video on your HDTV or compatible HD monitor via the built in HDMI port. It will come with Microsoft Windows XP, there are no details as yet on pricing or availability.

Asus Eee PC 1008p Pine Trail Netbook

Asus is going to release their first netbook with new Asus Eee PC 1008p Pine Trail Netbook by February next year. ASUS Eee PC 1008p is a special edition Eee PC Seashell 1008P-KR, with the suffix standing for designer Karim Rashid, and it will be available in two colors, pink and brown.

Asus Eee PC 1008p Pine Trail Netbook is powered by Inel 1.8GHz Atom N450 processor, the netbook also features a removable battery that simply slides out of the side of the 10.1-inch netbook.
