Shuttle XS35 PC

Shuttle has announced the launch of a new small form factor PC, the Shuttle XS35 PC, which is probably one of the smallest PCs made by the company measuring just 3.3cm thick.

The Shuttle XS35 PC will be shown off at CeBIT 2010, next month, it comes with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom D510 processor and features the NM10 Express Chipset, it has NVIDIA ION graphics, with an NVIDIA GT218 graphics chip and it is capable of playing back HD video.

The Shuttle XS35 PC features five USB 2,0 ports, one HDMI out so you can hook it up to your HDTV, VGA out, LAN, a memory card reader, a 2.5 inch HDD and an optical drive.

Intel’s New Atom N470 Processor

Intel's New Atom N470 Processor

Intel has officially announced their latest processor in their Atom range, which is designed to be used in netbooks and nettop PCs, the Intel Atom N470.

The Intel Atom N470 is faster than the popular N450 processor, with a clock speed of 1.83GHz and it comes with 512KB of L2 Cache, it also supports DDR2 667 RAM.

According to Intel the new Atom processor is more efficient than previous models, and it will give increased battery life to netbooks, although the clock speed is faster than previous models.

The Intel Atom N470 also features integrated graphics, which is designed to provide a performance boost. There are no details as yet on when we are likely to see Intel’s latest Atom processor in a range of new netbooks and nettop PCs, although I am sure it won’t be long before manufacturers stat using this new processor.

Microsoft’s new mouse tracking software ‘BlueTrack’ allows you to use your mouse anywhere says Microsoft. The Bluetrack technology combine both the power of optical with the precision of laser.

Microsoft has released currently three mice with the BlueTrack technology installed: Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500, Wireless Mouse 2000 and Comfort Mouse 4500.

These two new tech mice will start shipping next month and Wireless Mouse 2000 will be available at a price tag of $29.95 and Comfort Mouse 4500 will be available at a price tag of $24.95 from next month. Continue reading »

Google Nexus One Mobile Phone

Google Nexus One mobile phone is powered by Android OS and as per reports the Nexus One hardware is allegedly from HTC–from the same mold as the HTC Passion to manfactured by HTC. Unlike previous Android mobiles whole user experience is designed by Google.

Google is expected to market the Nexus One directly rather through any wireless carrier partnership. It is expected to be an unlocked GSM-based device which will be available in early 2010-possibly as early as January. If it is, in fact, GSM-based, that means it will work on either the T-Mobile or AT&T networks.

Motorola Milestsone Droid Coming On December

The Motorola Milestone, or Droid as it is know in the US went on sale in Germany a few weeks ago, and it looks like it is about to land in the UK next month.
