Intel new Intel Core i5 processor will be launched in fourth quarter of 2010. The New Intel Core i5 processor will be called as Intel Core i5 580M.

The Intel Core i5 580M will be faster than the current Core i5 540M processor which had a standard clock speed of 2.53GHz and a turbo overclock speed of 3.06 GHz.

The New Intel Core i5 580M will feature a standard clock speed of 2.66GHz and a turbo overclock speed of 3.33GHz, it is expected to go on sale some time in quarter four later this year.

Innovative Converged Devices (ICD) has announced the launch of a new Google [GOOG] Android based touchscreen tablet, the ICD Vega.

The ICD Vega will feature a 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 resistive touchscreen, paired with NVIDIA’s Tegra chipset, Android 2.0, integrated WiFi b/g/, Bluetooth 2.1, 3G WWAN data and a 1.3 megapixel web camera. ICD Vega comes with 512MB of RAM and 512MB of storage, there is also a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

Other features include a built in accelerometer, dual digital microphones, and ambient light sensor and a magnetic dock for charging and syncing the device.

ICD has plans to ship the tablet in the first half of 2010 across North America, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

The LG XD5 Mini External hard drives feature 2.5 inch hard drives, the drives measure just 13mm thick and come in a range of colors and sizes. it is intended to be used with Netbooks.

Apple has announced that it will be adding support for Microsoft’s latest OS by the end of this year. Apple will support Microsoft Windows 7 (Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate) with Boot Camp in Mac OS X Snow Leopard before the end of the year. This support will require a software update to Boot Camp.

In addition to the Boot Camp update, you will need the following:

• Your own authentic copy of Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows 7 upgrade
• An Intel-based Mac computer

The update to Bootcamp is likely to come as part of a software update to Snow Leopard, and it looks like Bootcamp will only be updated to support Windows 7 in Snow Leopard and not on Mac’s running earlier versions of Mac OS.
